We offer a comprehensive fee-only approach to financial planning that entails reviewing all areas of your finances and goals. All of these areas can be reviewed in a comprehensive financial plan or separately as smaller projects. We provide all of our services for a fee and do not receive any commissions from the purchase or sale of any products.
Fees for a comprehensive financial plan depend on the complexity of the plan. Comprehensive financial plans tend to range from $1,500 to $5,000.
We understand that not all clients require a comprehensive financial plan. We also work on specific targeted areas of your finances for a rate of $150 an hour. For example, if you only need to have your 401(k) reviewed and you did not need a comprehensive review of all of your finances, we can work on an hourly basis to conduct an analysis of your 401(k).
All of the services we offer in a comprehensive financial plan or as separate projects are listed below:
Financial Planning
Retirement Planning: Your current retirement goals can be reviewed to ensure you are preparing adequately for them. We can determine if you are on track with your current savings and investments to retire with the income you desire. We can also open a traditional IRA, Roth IRA, or 403(b) retirement account for you.
Insurance Review: We can conduct a review of all of your current insurance to ensure proper coverage and to determine if the insurance fits with your overall financial goals. We can also review insurance policies before you purchase them. Examples of policies we review are life, health, and disability.
Estate Planning: The creation of a proper estate plan is very important to ensure your assets will be passed to your family, friends, or charity. We can assist you to create an estate plan and conduct the planning in a way to eliminate or minimize estate taxes. Estate planning includes the creation of a will, and under certain circumstances, the establishment of a trust, Power of Attorney for Healthcare, and Power of Attorney for Finances.
